Change of Mind

We are not responsible for returns due to a change of mind. We recommend that you carefully consider your purchase before completing your order.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Faulty returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this time, faulty returns will be ineligible for a refund, replacement, or repair.

To process a return for a faulty item, we will require photo proof of the fault. Please ensure you include clear images of the issue when contacting us. Once we receive the necessary information, we will begin the returns process. Please allow sufficient time for this process to be completed.

How to Make a Return or Exchange

To return or exchange an item, please contact us directly within the applicable timeframes. We may require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, to process your request.

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

Please note, shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
