Shipping Policy

At JM Interiors, we are a small, locally owned and run business based in Mackay, and we are committed to providing the best service to our customers. Please read through our shipping policy for more details on how we handle orders and delivery.

Shipping Rates

For small items under 5kg, the normal shipping rate is $20. If you would like to upgrade to express shipping, the cost is $25. For multiple items, the shipping cost will also be $20. Please note that large items and breakable items are pickup only due to the nature of their size and fragility.

Order Processing and Shipping Schedule

All orders are carefully picked, packed, and shipped within the same week they are placed. We ship from Mackay, and orders are processed on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week.

Delays

As we are a small business, we ask for your understanding during busy periods, as there may be slight delays in processing and shipping. We strive to ensure all orders are sent promptly, but please allow for extra time during peak seasons or busy times.
